Our Community's History:

Our community's origin story dates back to late 2018 when we were a small WhatsApp group of PES players from various parts of the world who discovered each other online. But slowly the group expanded and reached the maximum group capacity for a WhatsApp group sometime in 2019. That's when we decided to switch to Telegram. 

We started the group on Telegram in 2019 with initial members being some of our most active members from WhatsApp. The community was known back then as "PES Mobile International Community (P.M.I.C.)". The community grew, expanded and evolved uniting players from around the globe and reaching more audiences in partnership with some of our co-founding partners Mackie PES HD and PLM. Last year, we also started our Community server in Discord.

Over the last few years as we expanded, we have had various creators as partners/ambassadors for our community like 9AL, PMP and the list goes on. Also, we had so many of our beloved community members who helped spread the word about the community through various platforms, thereby helping with expanding the community. 

Recently, a few months back, we renamed our community as eFootball Fans International Community, the reason obviously being Konami's decision to completely rebrand the PES series to eFootball. Renaming our community as "eFootball Fans" is also the beginning of a new chapter for our community as we plan to expand beyond Telegram. In future, we plan to launch our blog (where you are reading this article - by the time you read it, blog would already be launched) and a lot more, which will all be maintained by volunteers from our community.
